All PT programs are developed and delivered in accordance with ISO/IEC 17043 and evaluated using the statistical principles of ISO/IEC 13528, ensuring internationally recognized reliability,

TYPES OF PROFICIENCY TESTING SCHEMES WE OFFERS

VALIDA provides a comprehensive portfolio of Proficiency Testing (PT) and Interlaboratory Comparison (ILC) schemes designed to support laboratory competence across analytical, calibration, and environmental disciplines.
Each scheme is developed in alignment with ISO/IEC 17043 and evaluated using statistical principles from ISO 13528.

types pt 01 1 — Evaluate numerical measurement accuracy and precision by comparing participant results against assigned reference values. Suitable for chemical, environmental, microbiological, and materials testing laboratories.

types pt 02 1 — Assess the ability of laboratories to correctly identify, classify, or determine the presence/absence of specific analytes, organisms, or characteristics. Common in microbiology, food safety, and diagnostic testing.

types pt 03 1 — ILCs involve two or more laboratories measuring the same artifact or sample to compare calibration results. They are essential for calibration and testing laboratories where high-precision measurement, traceability, and uncertainty validation are required.
